The Winterset Residence is a private, tree-lined residence located just moments from the shoreline — offering a peaceful contrast to the beachfront energy of the resort. Tucked along Winterset Avenue and
surrounded by nature, this home provides refined comfort, spacious living areas, and a sense of quiet seclusion.
Included in both the 1-night and 2-night CARI wedding packages, The Winterset Residence is also available for pre- and post-wedding stays, making it ideal for extended celebrations, early arrivals, and relaxed family gatherings before and after the main event.
