At CARI, your celebration is entirely your own. Our setting and team support a full stylistic range — from relaxed boho-chic to refined elegance — allowing each couple or host to bring their unique vision to life. Whether your dream is barefoot on the sand, candlelit under a sailcloth tent, or thoughtfully styled with elevated details, we work closely with you and your planner to create truly magical moments in the style that feels most authentic to you.
With accommodations for 40+ guests and total event capacity for up to 160, the property is crafted for intimate weddings, milestone gatherings, wellness weekends, and corporate offsites that feel both elevated and deeply personal.

With an international background in hospitality and a refined five-star service mentality, she is passionate about creating unforgettable celebrations filled with joy and ease. Carolyn looks forward to working with you.

Linda Faruggia

Head of Housekeeping & Guest Services

Linda leads Housekeeping and Guest Services at Cari and works closely with Carolyn to ensure every guest experience is seamless and beautifully executed. She is on site for weddings and events, personally overseeing guest arrival, suite preparation, and day-to-day guest needs with warmth, care, and impeccable attention to detail.

Adam Beyes

Recreation & Beach Operations Lead

Adam oversees the beach and recreational operations at the resort, ensuring that all beach amenities, water equipment, and recreational areas are professionally set up, well maintained, and ready to be
enjoyed. Through his leadership, the beach experience at Cari is effortless, safe, and unforgettable.
